Exceptional Care Staff Keeps the Lines of Communication Open My mother is a resident of Patriots Colony’s Convalescent Center. The care she receives here is exceptional. The staff communicates any changes she may have in health, eating habits, or behavior. They really do make an effort to work with me, her former caregiver, and it gives me great peace of mind to know she’s here.
