Director of Marketing
Patriots Colony a nationally destination LifeCare retirement community with Riverside Health System located on Route 5 in Williamsburg is seeking a qualified Director of Marketing. This position is responsible for achieving sales and occupancy targets for all levels of care in our continuum. Primarily this position handles independent living sales and marketing, and supervises a marketing counselor for assisted living and convalescent care, while supported by a marketing administrative assistant. Since Patriots Colony is a community for honorably discharged military officers, retired federal civil service employees, and their spouses, military experience is preferred. The successful candidate will have the benefit of training with the retiring director for a short period and will receive ongoing training and supervision by the Senior Director of Marketing for Riverside Health System. Candidates must have proven sales experience, preferably in a senior living environment, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
