A Greenspring Home – The Place to Spread Out Upstairs Rooms for Guests and Projects Our neighbor, Bob Williams, makes use of the optional second floor of his Greenspring Home with a room dedicated to his ham radio hobby. These rooms may double as guest rooms for visitors as well. Separate heating and a/c controls upstairs, as well as a full bathroom, make this a great hideaway. Bob’s wife Jeanne uses the other upstairs room for sewing and craft projects.
