Patriots Colony Residents and Staff Welcome Milton Janzen, New Director of Resident Services
Prior to being named Director of Resident Services in the fall of 2000, Milton Janzen was in charge of security, so he is a familiar face at Patriots Colony. His background as Operations Manager for Mennowood retirement community in Newport News makes him well-suited for his current role on staff.

transportation,
and works closely
with Chaplain
Janna Roche.
Milton also supp-
orts the admissions
committee. He takes pleasure in his direct interaction with residents. "A resident who will be moving here in six months discovered a military academy classmate living here. He had the opportunity to renew his friendship through the Bridge Club. I enjoy bringing people together like this,"
commented Milton.
Milton introduces residents unfamiliar with the area to the social, historical, and educational activities available in Williams-burg, in some cases long before they even arrive. He also works closely with Greenspring residents to help them decide upon options for their new homes.
